Answer: This is a great question! However, this can vary from house to house. If your home is in great shape, it could be as simple as giving it a deep clean, removing personal items, and getting your professional photography done.
I always recommend professional photography because it takes less than 8 seconds to make a judgment on something based on its appearance. If your home needs a little more TLC, this could extend the process. No matter the case, it's best to work with your Realtor to create a timeline of when you want specific projects done.
Once your home is in photographic condition, it generally takes 2-3 days to get the photographer on-site, then 1-3 days to get photos back.
